Reflet Studio
Each Reflet piece is finished by hand in our Copenhagen atelier and shipped in protective archival packaging. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day; otherwise on the next working day.
Delivery times
Denmark: 1–2 working days.
European Union: 2–4 working days.
United Kingdom and Switzerland: 3–5 working days.
United States, Canada, and Japan: 3–6 working days.
Rest of world: 5–10 working days.
Shipping fees
Free standard shipping on orders over €250 within the EU. Standard EU shipping is €15. International shipping is calculated at checkout and includes insurance for the full order value.
Carriers and tracking
EU orders ship with GLS or PostNord. International orders ship with FedEx Priority. Every parcel is fully tracked, insured, and requires a signature on delivery.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur import duties or local taxes. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in the checkout total.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than five working days, please write to care@reflet.studio and we will open a trace with the carrier.
