Reflet Studio
We want every Reflet piece to feel like it was made for the person wearing it. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Eligibility
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging including the dust pouch and certificate of origin. Engraved or specially commissioned pieces, as well as earrings, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.
How to start a return
Email care@reflet.studio with your order number. We will issue a prepaid, insured return label within one working day. Drop the parcel at any GLS, PostNord, or FedEx point depending on your region.
Refunds
Once the piece is inspected by our atelier (typically within 3 working days of receipt) we will refund the full purchase price to the original method of payment. The refund usually appears in your account within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
To exchange a piece for a different size, simply return the original and place a new order. We will refund the original order in full as soon as we receive it.
Faulty or damaged items
If you believe a piece is faulty, send a photograph and a short description to care@reflet.studio. We will arrange a free return, repair, or replacement under our two-year warranty.
