Reflet ApS (“Reflet”, “we”, “us”) values your privacy. This policy describes the personal data we collect when you visit our store, place an order, or interact with our services, and how we handle that information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, and payment confirmation details. When you browse the site we collect device information, IP address, referring URL, and cookie identifiers in order to operate the site, prevent fraud, and improve performance.

How we use your data

We process your data to fulfill orders, deliver shipments, handle returns and warranty claims, send transactional communications, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and — with your consent — send marketing emails. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data with carefully selected processors: payment providers, shipping carriers, our email platform, and analytics. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for any other purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to privacy@reflet.studio and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are retained for 5 years to satisfy Danish accounting law. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
